Real Oviedo has reached an agreement with Racing de Santander for the loan of footballer Aritz Aldasoro, who becomes a new player for the blue entity until June 2027.
Born on June 5, 1999 (age 27) in Beasáin (Guipúzcoa), Aldasoro was trained in the youth categories of Real Sociedad, making his debut in 2017 with Real Sociedad "C" in the Third Division.
After spending two seasons with Real Sociedad's third team, the Basque player joined the reserve team, with which he achieved promotion to the Second Division in 2021. In the silver category, the footballer played a total of 28 matches and was an important player.
His great performance caught the attention of Real Racing Club de Santander, which secured his services. Since his arrival at the Cantabrian team, he became a starter and accumulated 117 matches in the first three seasons.
In this last season, the player participated in 19 matches, scored one goal, and was part of the squad that achieved the long-awaited promotion to the First Division with Real Racing Club.
Now, Aritz Aldasoro arrives in Oviedo with the aim of strengthening the carbayón midfield and regaining prominence in the team led by Julián Calero.
