El Requexón today hosted the latest league fixture for Real Oviedo Vetusta, who faced Marino de Luanco at home. The match ended in a 2-1 win for Los Azules.
Emilio Cañedo's team knew how to overcome the obstacles they came up against during the 90 minutes, and came from behind to win. The first half saw Vetusta control the match and have a greater number of chances than their opponent, but Marino de Luanco managed to score from their very first opportunity. The second half saw Cañedo's side once more build from a basis of professionalism; taking control of the match and scoring the two crucial goals. Vanderson, who would also be dismissed in the final stages, fired home the first goal from a fine cross. Javi Cueto then added a good strike to score the winner.
Today saw the Carbayón B team pick up three more points. The next matchday will see them travel to León to face Cultural.
