Real Oviedo Head Coach Álvaro Cervera appeared before the Press this morning at El Requexón, ahead of the league fixture against Burgos CF. Following the important victory over Málaga, Los Azules return to the Carlos Tartiere to face a side who the Gaffer described as "one of the surprise teams in LaLiga."

 

"It's a team that I like a lot because they are solid defensively and then they know what to do with the ball. They are a team that I like watching and that I have to give a lot of credit to. I like that they are one of the surprise teams. Everyone says that they are one, but nobody talks about how they play because they are defensive."

 

Regarding the match and the way to get three points, Álvaro Cervera explained that "it's important to be patient if we want to win and not to let them take the lead. Those are the two most important factors in order to get the win."

 

In addition, the Real Oviedo Head Coach discussed the way in which they analyse opponents. "We study all of our opponents in the same situations and there are four things which we are interested in. We do it with every team, whether they are attacking or defensive. We will focus more on the fact that defensive teams counter attack more. There we have to analyse in which area of the pitch they can steal the ball off you and hurt you."
