The Press Room at the Carlos Tartiere today saw Real Oviedo Head Coach Álvaro Cervera speak to the media in the run-up to Saturday's fixture at the Ciudad de Valencia.

The Coach will have Masca and Colombatto available in the matchday squad for the encounter with Levante. Regarding the possibility of them featuring in the match in Valencia, Cervera admitted that "they are two different cases. Colombatto has not trained much, but he has trained. Masca hasn't trained due to injury. Santi (Colombatto) can play, but we are waiting to see how long he can last. Masca is coming back from injury and we can't push it so much."

Asked in greater depth about Colombatto, the Gaffer stated that "I've worked in this game for a long time and I've seen countless footballers, but Santi is the typical player that everyone would like to have. Whatever you say to him, he's going to try to do it. He is a player who isn't going to sulk and he is going to ask what you want from him in order to try to do it. He's coming here to help the team and to contribute."

With respect to possible formation changes in Levante, Álvaro Cervera reasoned that "given the situation we are in we have to change something. We aren't competing well and we aren't getting results. With Colombatto and Seoane the team is going to compete well. We have a team capable of getting it right and being competitive."

Asked about his feelings regarding the start of the season, the Coach highlighted that "I am worried about the expectations that have been created around the team, and we haven't got going yet. Recently I've seen a team which is making me see the light at the end of the tunnel, and we have brought in players who are my type of footballers. I think that we are going to get going; there is strength in this team. I just hope that the light isn't a train coming at us head on!" Discussing Levante, Cervera highlighted that "it's a team that has come back from thousands of problems and is still winning matches. We are a little bit similar, but we haven't been capable so far of making the team fit together. We are going to have to defend very well to win the match."
