Real Oviedo player, José Verdú Nicolás "Toché", this morning underwent a successful operation to treat the meniscus injury he had suffered in his left knee, at the Clínica CEMTRO in Madrid.
The operation was satisfactorily carried out by Dr Pedro Guillén and Dr Marta Guillén. Toché was also accompanied by Dr Manuel Rodríguez, Head of Medical Services at Real Oviedo.
The footballer will return to Oviedo in the coming hours and begin his recovery process.
