The match between Real Oviedo Vetusta and CD Praviano finished all-square at El Requexón this Wednesday, with the teams drawing 2-2.
Jaime Álvarez opted for a starting eleven made up of Marco; Pablo Menéndez, René Pérez, Lucas Laso, Viti; Isaac, Yayo, Nnoshiri, Álex Cardero, Eloy Ordóñez and Javi Cueto for the encounter with the side from Pravia.
The first half couldn't have got off to a better start for Los Azules, with Eloy Órdoñez breaking the deadlock within the first minute. The winger fired in from a fantastic right-wing cross from Javi Cueto to beat the away side's goalkeeper. Real Oviedo Vetusta dominated possession and had the better of the chances, with several opportunities to extend their lead. CD Praviano looked to do damage on the counter attack, but they found themselves up against a well-organised home defence. The teams went in for halftime with the score 1-0.
Praviano levelled the scoring after the break, with Real Oviedo Vetusta forced to work hard to prevent further goals. However, René Pérez would put the B team back into the lead from a corner kick. Jaime Álvarez then turned to his bench, bringing on first Javi Moreno and Chus, and then Marc Alegre. CD Praviano would equalise once more fifteen minutes from full time. Pedregal and Joselu came on in the final changes, as the B team ended the match searching in vain for the winner.
Real Oviedo Vetusta will have another opportunity to get three points when they visit Lenense Proinastur this Sunday. The fixture will kick off at 12:00 at El Sotón,
