Another week-end for Real Oviedo youth teams, in which the draw of Real Oviedo Vetusta against the second-placed team of Grupo II de Tercera División and the victory, 2-1, of Infantil A in the derby against Sporting de Gijón are both noteworthy of mention.
The Real Oviedo Vetusta visited on Sunday morning the pitch of the second-placed Unión Popular de Langreo. They played in Ganzábal an intense game in which the players coached by Fidalgo were able to overcome the goal scored by Michu in the first half of the match. In the second half, Héctor set up the draw by scoring the equalizer penalty for the carbayón team.
The Juvenil A defeated At. Perines 2-0. Josín and Steven scored the goals for Real Oviedo, which is the leader in the standings, with four points more than the second placed Racing de Santander.
The Juvenil B lost 1-0 against the Colegio Inmaculada. Despite this defeat, the carbayón team places itself in first position in the Liga Nacional table, with a gap of four points with the second-placed team, Sporting de Gijón.
The Cadete A won 4-1 against Llanes, with goals by Javi, Simón and Xurde twice.
The Cadete B defeated the Quirinal by 0-2. Antón and Dani were the authors of the goals which gave the victory to the carbayón team.
The derby in the Infantil tier took place last Saturday morning. Real Oviedo defeated Sporting de Gijón 2-1, with goals by Gonzalo and Rober. After this victory the Blues move to second place in the standings, with the same number of points as the leader.
The Infantil B lost 4-0 against the Grujoan in Luis Oliver stadium.
The Alevín A won 6-0 against the TSK Roces in the Tensi sports facilities. The Blues victory goals were scored by Nacho, Borja, Charbel and Mario twice.
The Alevín B won 11-0 against the Juventud Stadio. Sergio scored four goals, Mauro scored three goals, Mael scored two, and Pablo and Diego each scored one, to get the victory for their team.
The Benjamín A won 5-0 at the Veriña, with goals by Adri, Lucas, Romeo and Unai twice.
The Benjamín B won 13-0 against the Madalena de Morcín. Martín and Hugo scored four goals each. Farpón scored three times, and Iván and David scored one goal each one.
The Prebenjamín A won 11-0 against the Llanera in the Polideportivo de Lugo de Llanera. The goals of the Blues were scored by Sergio Coto (4), Iyán (3), Antón (2), Nico and Jorell.
The Prebenjamín B won 3-1 against the Peña Beryma, with goals scored by Nico, Adri and Alex.
