Real Oviedo appeared in the Press Room at El Requexón today as the team went back to training.
The wideman began by analysing the team's form so far this season, saying that "the team has only lost one. We've drawn four in a row, and it's true that when you draw you have to win the next game. Sunday would be an ideal time to get three points and move up towards the top of the table. The squad is calm and working well. We are competitive and difficult to beat. We have to get back to winning ways."
Regarding his physical condition, the midfielder commented that "I'd only completed two sessions with the group (before the Sporting match) and I wasn't ready to play any longer. Those who played did well. Now I have to get in form and be available to help the team."
Asked about the return to what was once his home, Sangalli explained that "I've never been back since I left there. It's exciting to go back home and play against my brother. I'm very excited and we want to get the three points and keep this form going."
Finally, discussing competition for places, the winger stated that "there is always competition. There are 23 of us. Competition is good, it raises our levels. Viti has done fantastically well, and so has Jirka. It's good for Real Oviedo and for everybody."
