Real Oviedo midfielder Marco Sangalli appeared before the media today at El Requexón.

The Basque winger analysed the Levante encounter and the backing of a fanbase who will make themselves heard once more in Burgos. "You can see that the supporters are identifying with what the team is doing. We were hurt by not being able to get the three points, but the team showed its strength."

"We went out with a change in formation, with two strikers. We knew how to adapt to it, stayed together and intense, and gave very little away. We are a very solid team."

Regarding the differences with respect to last year, Sangalli stated that the bulk of the group has remained in place and that that makes things easier. "We have adapted quickly to the Gaffer." On an individual level, the Real Oviedo player said that he was feeling well and mentally prepared for a demanding season."

With sights set on Saturday's match in Burgos, the midfielder warned that "they are a strong team at home who are difficult to score against. We will have to be clinical." He is hoping to see another large travelling support for the game, saying that "Santander was spectacular, and I hope it's the same at El Plantío."
