Summary of the youth academy's day

Vetusta secured their spot in the final of the promotion playoff to Primera Federación after defeating Club Deportivo Tudelano in extra time.

Real Oviedo Vetusta managed to secure a 2-1 victory over Club Deportivo Tudelano in the second leg of the First Round of the playoff for promotion to the Primera Federación. 

The match was decided in extra time thanks to a brace from Óscar de la Hera, who was instrumental in helping the reserve team advance to the Second Round of the promotion playoffs, leaving them just one step away from moving up to the third tier of Spanish football. The game, filled with tension until the end, concluded with Vetusta prevailing in extra time and keeping their dream alive.

Regarding our second youth team, Carlos Suárez's team won 1-0 against CD Covadonga 'B' thanks to a goal by Diego Cazorla and remains in the lead with two matches to go.

The rest of the youth teams achieved the following results:

Cadet A 11-1 Club Alcázar 'A'. Pelayo Margolles (3), Jesús Pérez (2), Pablo López (2), Iván Díaz (1), Diego Pastor (1), Juan José Costales (1), and Leonardo Rodríguez (1).

Cadet B 14-0 CD Villa de Pravia 'A'. Mauro Arribas (4), Adrián Fernández (2), Leo García (2), Martín Álvarez (1), Darío Alonso (1), Erick Jonathan Patallo (1), Alejandro Alonso (1), Marco Fernández (1), and Eduardo Vega (1).

CD Vallobín 'A' 0-4 Infantil A. Jacobo (2), Jesús Garrido (1), and Pablo Torío (1).

EDF Hermanos Llana 'A' 0-4 Infantil B. Luis Gancedo (2), Álvaro Sánchez (1), and Fabián Álvarez (1).

Alevín A 9-0 ACD Alcava 'A'. Darío Díaz (2), Adrián González (2), Mateo Crespo (2), David Bello (1), Hugo García (1), and Hugo Fernández (1).

CD San Ignacio Oviedo 'A' 1-8 Alevín B. Mateo Suárez (3), Hugo Rodríguez (2), Rubén Soto (2), and Mateo Menéndez (1).

Among the youngest players, Benjamín B won 14-1 against CD Covadonga-Castañales 'A', while Prebenjamín won 1-6 against Asunción CF 'E'.

Regarding the women's teams, B and C faced each other in the round of 16 of the Asturfutfem Cup, with a goal by Ari Pulgar securing the win for Izcoa Álvarez's team. Finally, the Infantil Femenino narrowly lost to Centro Asturiano Oviedo 'B' (0-1).
