Los Caleyes today hosted the latest league match for Real Oviedo Vetusta, with Emilio Cañedo's side making the trip to face CD Lealtad. The game ended in a 0-0 draw.
Los Azules started the match against their fellow Asturian side with a line-up made up of Berto Hórreo; David Ámez, Ando, Pedro Inglés, Prada; Lorea, Guille Bernabéu, Rober, V. Teles and Javi Cueto. The hosts started the match the stronger of the two sides, while Real Oviedo Vetusta grew
into the game as time went by.
The first half was played at a high intensity, with the team from Villaviciosa taking possession off of Real Oviedo Vetusta and denying the B team any clear opportunities. The second half saw Eloy Ordóñez enter the
fray to replace David Ámez and the match changed. Los Azules played a greater portion of the match in the opponent's half, dominating possession, and threatening Bussmann in the home side's goal. Fran Pacoli and Joselu also came on as substitutes, with both teams creating chances to break the deadlock.
The next matchday will see Real Oviedo Vetusta travel to Mareo to face Sporting B, in another local derby. The fixture will kick off at 12:00 on Saturday.
