Real Oviedo officially presented their most recent signing, Víctor Camarasa, this Monday. The midfielder was joined by Roberto Suárez as he addressed the gathered media in the Press Room at the Carlos Tartiere. The Director of Football explained that "he is the profile of player who can help us, since we didn't have this type of footballer. I want to thank him for making the choice to join us, and hope that everything goes well and he can bring us a lot of happiness."

The new signing wanted to begin by thanking Los Carbayones for the confidence they have placed in him. "I am grateful for Real Oviedo choosing me since I am coming out of a difficult situation. What I am looking for is to get back to enjoying football. I am coming here in good shape, I've been training, and I want to help. I am excited for what is coming up."

In addition, Camarasa was asked about Álvaro Cervera's side and his view as an outsider looking in. "Oviedo is a solid team. It works hard to keep clean sheets, and, with that, goals and victories end up coming. I didn't train with the team the first day because I arrived late, but I am fine. I've not played much in recent years, but I am feeling good and full of hunger."

Regarding the references he had received about the club, Víctor Camarasa highlighted that "I spoke to Edgar who had been here and also with Mossa in the last few days, and the truth is that everything they said about the club was good. Both of them told me great things about here."

Following the presentation of Víctor Camarasa, Real Oviedo Director of Football Roberto Suárez also spoke to the media, evaluating the January transfer window as a whole.
