Striker Samuel Obeng appeared in the Press Room this morning and responded to questions from the media.
Obeng said that he's feeling "well", even if "I can feel I've had a break a bit". However, he reasoned that "I've got some days coming up to get up to speed." On an individual level, he declared that "the first half of the season has been good, but it could have been better. I want more of the same for the second half. I am working as much as possible to improve."
The forward stated that the club is not looking beyond the next match, saying that "we mustn't get distracted, we must only think about Monday. Eibar is the next opponent and we mustn't look past it." Regarding the key to having a good January, Obeng explained that "every month is important. We will try to get as many points as possible this month."
Finally, asked about his goal target for the remainder of the season, he replied that "I'll keep that to myself. The most important thing is that I contribute to the team as much as I can."
