The President of the Mexican First Division, the Liga BBVA MX, has got to see the day-to-day running of Real Oviedo during two intense days with Los Azules.

 

Mikel Arriola Peñalosa attended Real Oviedo's match away against Racing de Santander last Sunday, witnessing Jon Pérez Bolo's side's victory in person at El Sardinero.

 

The President of La Liga BBVA MX was accompanied by Real Oviedo Club President Martín Peláez this Monday as he visited El Requexón, before they later travelled to the Carlos Tartiere.

 

Mikel Arriola then gave an interview to the club's press department, in which he highlighted the grandeur of Real Oviedo and the knowledge of Los Carbayones that exists in Mexico. In addition, he discussed the Pachuca model. He described Pachuca as a group which "has done things with methodology, data, evidence, and passion, and they have won many titles in Mexico thanks to it."

 

He also stated that he was delighted to visit Asturias, particularly "because it is a pleasure to come to a city like Oviedo."
