There are no reactions yet. Be the first!
Real Oviedo midfielder Jimmy today appeared in the Press Room at El Requexón.
Speaking about the position the team finds itself in, in need of points, the academy graduate commented that "we have been on a bad run and we need three points. We need to get the fans engaged. We need these three points." In addition, regarding the return to the Carlos Tartiere, Jimmy said that "we are finding it hard at home. We need to find some joy for both ourselves and for the fans. They are always there with us."
Asked about the next opponent, Rayo Vallecano, the midfielder believes that "they have a great team. They are on a bad run, but they are dangerous. We have to give everything and be at 100%. The team is worried and awareof the responsibility. We have to give more, turn things around and get points. We have to change this because we are not achieving what we want to achieve. We have to win now."
With respect to the fixtures awaiting Real Oviedo in the run-up to Christmas, Jimmy commented that "we are all about just thinking about the next match. We know the winter break is around the corner and we have to get as many points as possible. We know the aim is fifty points. We have¡ to take it a game at a time and compete as well as possible. We have to look for a reaction in order to not have problems. We need to get three points against Rayo."
Finally, discussing his chances of taking a starting position in midfield, Jimmy highlighted that "I have to give everything every day and the Coach will be the one to decide."
