Javi Muñoz: “We are in good form”

Real Oviedo central midfielder Javi Muñoz appeared in the Press Room today at El Requexón.

After the victory against Cádiz, the Madrid-born player highlighted that “we are in good form and have started the year well. We wanted to win at home again, so we are happy. Now we have to keep working to follow this path and keep this run going.”

Talking about his personal feelings, Javi admitted that “I am happy to be playing again. Now I have to keep working and be ready to help the team whenever the Coach wants me. I was looking forward to getting back playing again. I need to keep my head on straight and show that I am ready when I am needed. Whenever I am needed, I am ready to play.”

Finally, speaking about the next LaLiga 1|2|3 fixture, against Elche, Javi Muñoz concluded that “putting the league table to one side, we know that it is going to be a very difficult match, but we have to keep going on this path.”
