Real Oviedo and Parma Calcio have reached an agreement for Gastón Brugman to join the Asturian side on loan for the 2021/22 season.
Gastón Brugman Duarte is 28 years old and was born on 7th September 1992 in Rosario, Uruguay. He has double Italian/Uruguayan nationality, and came through the youth ranks at Estudiantes de Rosario and CA Peñarol, before spending 2007 to 2011 with FC Empoli. He has spent the rest of his career in Italy, representing Pescara, Grosseto, and US Palermo, before joining Parma Calcio in January 2020. Since then he has played a total of 49 matches in Serie A and 4 cup games, featuring for more than 3,000 minutes and getting three assists and one goal.
The Uruguayan has played more than 250 matches in the top two divisions of Italian football. He stands out thanks to his fine striking of the ball from set pieces.
