This Friday saw the lightest workout of the week. Some of the first-team players completed specific gym work, while there was a good atmosphere out on the training pitch.
The morning began with a video session, before the players went out onto the training pitch and eventually finished with specific gym work. Today's was a lighter session, as the week progresses. The team will begin one final workout at 10:30 tomorrow, before setting off for Bilbao.
