Today saw the third training session of the week for the Real Oviedo first-team squad, which is continuing preparations for Saturday's fixture. Los Azules will face Sporting de Gijón at 21:00 at the Carlos Tartiere.

Following the usual video session, the players trained on Pitch 1 at El Requexón. Today's workout began with warm-up drills, before the players did finishing and possession exercises.

Ziganda's squad will begin another training session at 10:00 tomorrow, after which the matchday squad for the derby will be announced.
