Final Week of Preseason Gets Underway

The team worked out this afternoon as part of a week with no rest days ahead of the final preseason friendly, against SD Ponferradina on Saturday

The Real Oviedo first-team squad has now begun the final week of preseason training, as it prepares for the start of the league season.
Today's evening session at El Requexón saw the full squad available to José Ángel Ziganda. Tomorrow will see the team take part in a double session, with training in the morning and in the evening.
The team will train at the Carlos Tartiere on Wednesday afternoon, before working again on Thursday and Friday. They will then travel to Ponferrada on Saturday for the final preseason friendly. Sunday will see the final training session of the week. Next week will see the team prepare for the first league match of the 2021/22 season.
