Real Oviedo defender Carlos Hernández appeared in the latest home press conference, responding to the questions put to him by the media.
How are you and how have these weeks been?
- Better now.  When this all started I didn't deal well with being locked in at home.  I have a routine now.  I get up, take the dog out, and then train for the whole morning. The afternoons are for relaxing, talking to friends and family, and spending time with my partner.
How do you feel physically?
- I feel good.  I am doing what they are telling us, training every morning.  You've also got the video conferences with the team too, which complement the training work.
It seems that a return to training with strict protocol in place is closer now... How are you picturing it?
- I am imagining it being complicated, with strict measures enforced, but that it will all be to guarantee the health and safety of everybody.
There have been players who have publicly stated their refusal to play. Are you afraid of catching the virus upon returning to competition?
- Yes, I'm scared.  It's normal, just the same as everyone who has to go out to work every day.  At some point we have to return to normality, though.
For you, is football behind closed doors really going to be football?
- I don't think that football behind closed doors is really football for anybody, but nobody can make demands given the situation we are going through.  It's nobody's fault.
What messages are the coaching staff sending you, and how have they helped you all through this period?
- They send us a lot of encouragement, with weekly video conferences where we talk about everything.  We can count on them to help us with any of our worries.
