Real Oviedo and Real Club Celta de Vigo have reached an agreement for the loan of Carlos Domínguez for the current season.

Born in Vigo on February 11, 2001, the Galician player was trained in the youth ranks of the Vigo-based club. After progressing through the stages of his development, the defender debuted with the reserve team in 2020 in a match between Celta Fortuna and Zamora CF.

In the 2020/2021 season, Carlos Domínguez made his debut with the first team in a match between RC Celta de Vigo and Villarreal CF at La Cerámica. Despite his debut, the center-back continued playing for the reserve team until the 2023/2024 season, when he became a first-team player.

With a total of 64 matches played in La Liga with RC Celta de Vigo, 13 of which were last season, the player now joins Real Oviedo on loan to enhance the quality of the carbayón defense and strengthen that area of the field.
