Back at Work with Minds on Sunday

The team ups the intensity in preparation for the Girona match, and will be back in training from 10:30 tomorrow

Having enjoyed the weekly rest day yesterday, Cuco Ziganda's squad returned to training this morning at El Requexón, as preparations begin ahead of Sunday's game against Girona. The fixture, which forms part of Matchday 36 in LaLiga SmartBank, will kick off at 14:00 at the NMR Carlos Tartiere.
The coaching staff programmed a workout which began with Los Azules attending a video session, before completing different mobility, tactics, and ball exercises.
The next training session is scheduled to begin at 10:30 tomorrow (Thursday) at El Requexón.
