Authorities Reject the Planned Return to the Tartiere
Asturias remains in Phase 2, meaning that the health situation does not allow fans to return to our stadium for the final match of the season

Real Oviedo has been preparing for our fans to return to the NMR Carlos Tartiere, but yesterday afternoon's update from the Ministry of Health did not allow Asturias to pass to become a Phase 1 Health Alert region. As such, it will not be possible for our season-ticket holders to return to the stadium for the final home match of the season.
Last week the club put a protocol in place for the return of fans, with our season-ticket holders pre-registering their interest. The stadium infrastructure was fully-prepared for the long-awaited return of our fans to the Carlos Tartiere. In the end, this preparation work has turned out to be obsolete, given that the health situation has rendered the fans' return impossible.
The work done, as we increased efforts still further to scrupulously comply with the established health and safety protocols, will enable us to go into the start of next season with even greater excitement and guarantees. We would like to express our gratitude to all our usual suppliers who have shown great willingness and flexibility towards the club. Thank you to all Oviedistas who have demonstrated, once again, that their support for our club is unbreakable. We really want to see you back at the NMR Carlos Tartiere. Thank you Oviedistas!
