Real Oviedo Head Coach Álvaro Cervera appeared in the Press Room at El Requexón this morning, talking to the media ahead of Sunday's fixture against Huesca (kick-off 18:30).
The Gaffer highlighted the importance of the club's aim of taking the good feelings and results at the Tartiere into away matches. "We are losing away because of minor details. Getting good away results is all about us having a solid defence."
Regarding this Sunday's fixture against SD Huesca, the Real Oviedo coach explained that "in theory we are expecting a tight match. From what I've been told here, Ziganda and I have similar ideas. We like to defend our goal and we believe that results are based on what happens in our area, not in the opposition's."
In addition, following the team's victory against Alavés last time out, Cervera was also asked about his team's league position. "We have to put together two or three consecutive wins and move ourselves closer to the playoff places, because right now there are a lot of teams in that area of the table. If we aren't capable of doing that then we will stay where we are right now all year."
