A Training Session Built Around Ball Exercises

Ziganda's side has completed the first session scheduled for today and will be back at work at 18:30 this evening

This morning saw the latest training session for Ziganda's squad, which continues with its preseason work, and the players' minds are now turning to tomorrow's match against Celta de Vigo at Balaídos.  The fixture, which has just been confirmed, will kick off at 18:30.
The coaching staff programmed a session built around exercises with the ball, with the players carrying out a warm-up circuit, and mobility and possession exercises, before playing a training match.
Los Azules will begin another training session at 18:30 this evening at El Requexón.
