Los Azules trained at El Requexón after returning from Lugo this morning

After travelling back from Lugo, the Real Oviedo first-team squad today resumed work at El Requexón. Today's training session saw them begin to prepare for Monday's match against Almería.
The coaching staff programmed a recovery session in the gym for those players who played a larger portion of the match at Anxo Carro, while the rest of the squad took part in a more intense workout on Pitch 1.
Los Azules will enjoy a rest day tomorrow, before returning to training at 10:30 on Friday at El Requexón.
