The second of Real Oviedo's two training matches against Vetusta took place on Pitch 1 at El Requexón today. The first team won the match 2-1, with the goals coming from Obeng, Álex Cardero and Mariete.
Today's match was made up of two 45-minute halves and kicked off at 10:30. The first-team line-up for the first half was: Braat, Luengo, Lucas Laso, Lucas, Jorge Mier, Hugo Rama, Jimmy, Nnoshiri, Viti, Álex and Obeng. Meanwhile, Vetusta's team for the opening 45 minutes was: Berto, Mangel, René, Gabri, Adri, Yayo, Iván, Cheli, Pelayo, Sesé and Enol.
Jon Pérez Bolo's team for the second half was: Tomeu, Lucas Laso, Rodri Tarín, Pomares, M. Llambrich, Javi Mier, Luismi, Nnoshiri, Sangalli, Obeng and Borja Bastón. Jaime Álvarez's side was made up of: Marco, Eze, Mangel, Osky, Lucas, Isaac, Iván, Nachín, Miguel C, Nico and Mariete.
Real Oviedo's players are now starting to get up to speed for the start of a demanding season which gets underway in less than a month. The players will enjoy a needed rest tomorrow, before beginning a new week of work with a double training session on Monday.
