The Real Oviedo first team resumed training this Wednesday following Tuesday's rest day. Los Azules could see the backing of the fans on the banners which had been placed at El Requexón in advance of today's workout. The team began training in the gym today, before going out onto Pitch 4.

 

Today's training session was open to the public, and saw Jon Pérez Bolo's team carry out drills to work on moving the ball quickly, mobility, high pressing, and switches in play. The workout came to an end with control and passing exercises, and a training match on three-quarters of the pitch.

 

Thursday will see another work session, with sights set on Sunday's match against Cartagena which kicks off at 18:30.
