A very creditable point in Leganés. Real Oviedo travelled to Madrid today for the Matchday 10 LaLiga Hypermotion fixture against Leganés at Butarque. Luis Carrión's side went into the encounter off the back of two consecutive wins, and the coach opted for a starting eleven made up of Leo Román, Abel Bretones, David Costas, Dani Calvo, Oier Luengo, Colombatto, Luismi, Seoane, Viti, Paulino and Borja Bastón.

Right from the kick-off it was clear that it wasn't going to be an easy match. The home side looked to threaten, and Leo Román was forced to make a good save in the opening minutes to keep the score 0-0. However, as the minutes went by the Asturians began to get forward, and Bastón gave the hosts a scare after a move down the wing. The two teams went in for half-time with the score 0-0.

Camarasa, Cazorla, and Sebas Moyano came on after the break, as Los Azules looked to push on further. The second half was an even affair without too many chances. Despite that, Real Oviedo kept going to the final whistle and once again showed themselves to be a solid, well-worked team.

This draw sees Luis Carrión's side bring an almost-perfect week to a close, having picked up 7 points from 9. The team will rest on Sunday, before going back to training at 10:30 on Monday, ahead of the league fixture against Albacete.
