Real Oviedo winger Nahuel Leiva today appeared in the Press Room at El Requexón.
How has your adaptation been going, in your first few months at the club and in the city?
- I had teammates who told me things about the club, but the truth is that it's all been even better. I am happy.
Following your first start, how did you find it?
- I felt good. I need to take a step up in all areas, but winning a derby is a good way to start.
If you had to put a percentage on it, how are you feeling physically?
- We look at it with the coaching staff, I am in an adaptation process. I played 60 minutes the other day and I felt good.
Are you picking up the rhythm that wide players need?
- I will have it in a few weeks and you will notice that.
How was your first experience of the derby?
- Very nice, with the atmosphere we experienced before it. In the end that support was important in getting the three points.
What has Ziganda asked of you personally?
- For me to be myself, be brave, and break into space. I haven't had chances yet, but we got the three points, which is the important thing.
Having started for the first time and put in a good showing, it's time to earn a consistent starting spot and keep growing, right?
- I've come here to be important and get game time. I have to make it difficult for the Coach through hard work.
