Real Oviedo has reached an agreement with RCD Espanyol for right back Miguelón to join the club on a loan deal lasting until the end of the season.
Miguel Juan Llambrich is 26 years old and was born on 18th January 1996 in Benidorm. The full back started his career in the Villarreal youth academy, making his way right up to the first team, with whom he played in the Europa League during the 2018/19 campaign. He moved on to SD Huesca for 2019/20, playing a total of 2,255 minutes and winning promotion to the First Division. RCD Espanyol then snapped him up, and he managed to win promotion to the top flight for a second consecutive season, playing 19 matches. He now joins us from the Catalan side, after helping them to survive in the First Division last season.

Miguelón has now passed a medical at Clínica Asturias and will join up with first-team training on Tuesday. His official presentation will take place alongside that of Carlos Pomares this Tuesday, at 13:00 in the Press Room at the Carlos Tartiere.
The player will make no statements until the moment of his official presentation.
