Today saw Real Oviedo's second training session of the week, with minds focused on the weekend's Asturian derby. Los Azules are continuing preparations for Saturday's fixture against Real Sporting de Gijon, and they did so with a new face in training today.
Having passed his medical this morning, Santiago Homenchenko worked alongside his new teammates on Pitch 5 at El Requexón. The Uruguayan worked at the same tempo as the rest of the squad.
Luismi, meanwhile, completed the first part of the training session, before later working individually, as he continues his recovery. Real Oviedo Vetusta players Yayo, Sesé, and Jaime Vázquez once again trained with the first team today.
A new training session will begin at 10:30 tomorrow at El Requexón.
