Real Oviedo defender Christian Fernández has signed a contract renewal with the club and will form part of the squad for the 2020/21 season. The new deal will tie him to the club until June 2021, with the option of a further season dependent on the completion of objectives.
The defender joined the club ahead of the 2016/17 season and is now going into his fifth season at Real Oviedo.
Christian Fernández will gradually join up with first-team training. He has now passed the initial medical tests, and is awaiting the completion of the final medical examinations in the coming days.
