Real Oviedo Vetusta now has its fixture list for the 2023/2024 season. Jaime Alvarez’s team will once again form part of Group 1 of the Segunda Federación, where the Asturian, Cantabrian, Galician, and Castilian-Leonese teams will compete against one another.
The B team, who started their preseason on Monday, will kick off the season on 3rd September against Racing C. Villalbes at El Requexón. Only three matches later, in Matchday 4, Vetusta will face their first Asturian opponent when they come up against U.P. Langreo.
Vetusta will end their campaign when they play R.C. Depor Fabril in their final match of the regular season, with the fixture being played at El Requexón on 5th May 2024.
After a fine campaign last year, Jaime Alvarez’s squad will look forward to yet another great year, in what will be the team’s second consecutive season in the Second Division following their promotion during the 2021/2022 season.
