This Tuesday 8th November is the nineteenth anniversary of the tragic death of our player Armando Barbón, who lost his life in a car accident when travelling to his home in Turón.
As is the case every November, Real Oviedo is keeping the memory of our player alive. This weekend, ahead of the match against Granada, Club Captain Borja Bastón placed a bouquet of flowers at the statue of Armando in the Carlos Tartiere.
The Real Oviedo family will never forget Armando, who was one of those who did not abandon his team during the period in the Tercera División.
