Real Oviedo and SD Ponferradina have reached an agreement for midfielder Mangel to join the latter on a loan deal running until the end of the
season.
Mangel was born on 28th June 2001 in Candás and joined the Real Oviedo B team in the summer of 2021. Having achieved promotion to the Segunda RFEF with Vetusta, Mangel made his first-team debut in a match against Eibar at the Carlos Tartiere on 10th January 2022.
He played a total of 15 matches with the first team last season, being one of the B-team players who managed to make the step up to the first team. The young midfielder now joins Ponferradina on loan with the aim of continuing to grow and progress as a player.
